I booked the birthday party space at Rise & Shine. Are you my event planner?

If you booked the DIY Package at Rise & Shine, then we are NOT your event planner. If you would like to upgrade to the Elevated Package and get our event support, we would be happy to help you. Jade and Ray has 3 different packages to choose from. If you choose to purchase one of our event decor packages, Jade and Ray will set up the birthday table, package decor, and other agreed upon items. Rise & Shine will provide an Team Member that will be present for the duration of your party. Jade and Ray will be at the event for set up and breakdown only. How do I book a decor package with you at Rise & Shine?

It is best to first check availability for both Rise & Shine and Jade and Ray. Then, book your event space at Rise & Shine. This booking is for the venue. Then, explore Jade and Ray's themes. Once you choose a theme, you can pick your event decor package. Add one package to your cart and note your theme at checkout. We will email you after the booking to talk more details!

Can I take the balloons home?

Yes, if your package includes balloons, you can take the balloons home as well as any leftover paper plates, cups, and utensils. Please leave picture frames, banners, props, vases, reusable table decor (figurines, vases,), etc. Extra charges will apply for any damaged or missing items.

What do I do with the trash?

Do you have any recommendations for cake vendors? Photographers, entertainment, etc.?

I am having my child’s birthday party somewhere else. Can I hire you?
